Joelene, absolutely do the dough overnight and then assemble, refrigerate and bake the following morning. No problemo!

Being strapped for time in the mornings, do you think it would work letting the dough do the first rise over night in the fridge, then tomorrow (Wed) I could assemble them, pop them back in the fridge then bake Thursday morning?
