With its vibrant colour this drink is great for Christmas, and is one of my mother’s many favoured recipes…she has so many, and I still have to cook/convert them all. My daughter who is moving to Brissy after Christmas has asked me a few cooking questions lately and seriously will need a Thermomix, just to survive of course. I am hoping she will channel her inner Tenina, who is really just channeling her inner Jeanne. Thanks for this beautiful recipe mum.
