HotmixPRO in all its glory!
In case you have been under a rock and not keeping up with my goings on… I am the proud owner of the wonderful HMP or HotmixPRO, the middle model, commonly called the Gastro. I am loving it! Basically a commercial Thermomix, with a few additions, it has been in my kitchen a wee while and you will start to see recipes using it creep on here from here on in. It has a lot of attributes that the Thermomix does not have, and to get further information, please send the contact form below to recieve a brochure or more info on where to see the HMP in action. I am happy to answer questions via email should you be interested in its capabilities. It will in no way impact my delivery of Thermomix recipes to your inbox, but you will start to see a more generic recipe format as both devices deliver my recipes equally well.
