Tenina.com's Traditional Bechamel Sauce

Need

100 Gram butter
50 Gram cornflour
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 Pinch pink salt flakes
400 Gram milk
100 Gram cream
Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste

Do

Place all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 8 min/80ºC/speed 4.
Cook 2 min/90ºC/speed 4.
Use as required.
