Do

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with paper.

  2. Place all ingredients, except fruit in order listed into TM bowl and cook 3 min/37°C/Reverse/speed 1.

  3. Spread out across prepared tray and bake 15 minutes. Turn oven off and leave tray in oven until completely cooled.

  4. Break into pieces.

  5. Mix with dried fruit. Store in an airtight container in your pantry.

  6. Serve with cold milk, or as a sprinkle over yoghurt, Raspberry and Ricotta Whip, or with stewed fruit of choice.
