Tenina.com's Marshmallow Fondant Icing

Need

500 Gram marshmallows (not homemade, sorry folks)
2 Tablespoon water
500 Gram icing sugar plus some extra
Vanilla or other flavoured essence to taste
2 - 3 Tablespoon cornflour plus some more

Do

Place marshmallows and water into Thermomix bowl and cook for 6 min/70º/speed 2.
Add icing sugar, vanilla and cornflour and mix for 10 sec/speed 6.
Knead for 2 min/Interval.
