Tenina.com's Raw Chilli Sauce

Need

Juice 3 limes
3 red chilli (to taste)
3 cloves garlic
10 peppercorns
50 Gram fresh ginger
Handful mint leaves
Handful fresh coriander or cilantro leaves and roots
200 Gram pineapple, cored
200 Gram tomato
40 Gram raw honey
2 Tablespoon shoyu or tamari sauce
Pinch pink salt flakes

Do

Place all ingreidients into TM bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 8.. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend 1 min/speed 10 until you have a smooth puree. It will seperate on standing, but simply re-shake or blend to combine before use.
