Tenina.com's ‘Slim’ Noodles With Miso, Mushrooms And Chilli

  1. Place noodles into insulated bowl and pour boiling water over. Set aside.

  2. Place garlic, chilli, spring onion, Miso paste and oil into TM bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6.

  3. Add mushrooms to bowl and saute for 6 min/Varoma/Reverse/speed soft. Stop as necessary to stir mushrooms if sticking to blades at all.

  4. Drain noodles and add to TM bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and stir through 20 sec/Reverse/speed soft. Serve.

Serve immediately. This will make 2 servings only. You should not double the mixture, but as it is so quick, just make a second batch as needed.
