NEED:
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Salt to taste
2 salmon fillets
1 tabspn hoisin sauce
DO:
Combine , soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, hoisin, pepper, ginger and salt.
Add salmon fillets and marinate for 1 hour.
