Tenina.com's Amaretti Sour

Need

3 parts Lyres Amaretti
1.5 parts Lyres American Malt
2 parts fresh lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste
2 Teaspoon sugar syrup (2 part sugar, 1 part water, dissolved)
2 egg whites
3 Cup ice
fresh cherries to garnish

Do

1 part = 30ml
Place all ingredients, except ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake. Add ice and shake again.
Pour cocktail into a glass. Spoon the frothy egg white on top. Garnish with a fresh cherry. Mix another!
