Tenina.com's Tradtional Apple Sauce

Need

200 Gram green apples, peeled and cored
30 Gram sugar
Pinch pink salt flakes
30 Gram apple cider vinegar
50 Gram water

Do

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and chop 4 seconds/speed 4.
Cook 15 minutes/100°C/Reverse/speed 1.
Pour into sterilised hot jars and seal. Keep refrigerated.
