Do

1. Place egg yolks, vinegar,mustard and salt into the Thermomix bowl and mix 1 min/37°C/speed 5.

2. Add oil through hole in lid with MC in place, 3 min/37°C/speed 5.

3. Add lime juice and avocado and blend 10 sec/speed 5.

4. Scrape into sterilised jar and keep in fridge up to 3 weeks.
