Tenina.com's Basic Pizza Dough



  1. Place yeast, sugar, salt, water and EVOO into TM bowl and warm 2 min/37ºC/speed 1-2.

  2. Add flour and mix 6 sec/speed 6.

  3. Knead 2 min/Interval.

  4. Turn out onto Silpat mat and roll into tight ball, wrap and rise for 10 minutes. Use as required.


This quantity of dough will make 2-4 large pizzas depending on the thickness rolled out.

This dough freezes well. Roll out to shape, place between sheets of baking paper, wrap in cling wrap and freeze.
