Tenina.com's Beetroot Wild Orange Latte

Need

140 Gram beetroot, cut in pieces
400 Gram water
60 Gram honey
400 Gram coconut cream or more coconut cream Recipe
10 drops doTERRA wild orange oil
2 drops doTERRA cinnamon bark oil
Boiling water as needed to dilute

Do

Place the beetroot, water and honey into the TM bowl and cook 15 min/100°C/speed 1.
Add coconut cream and cook further 2 min/100°C/speed 1. Blend 1 min/speed 8.
Add doTERRA oils and stir through 3 sec/speed 6.
Strain if desired and dilute to taste with additional boiling water.
Serve hot.
