The 12 Mocktails of Christmas Day Five;

This may seem like the weirdest thing you have ever tried, but don't knock it just yet! When in Hungary, I stayed at the Hotel Rum in Budapest. We absolutely loved it, quirky, boutique, with a Michelin starred restaurant (closed on the two nights we stayed!!) in the basement. We will be going back I assure you.

Anyhoo, their breakfast was on the top floor overlooking Budapest (so great, see video) and the menu was small but very delish. One of the drinks was an Espresso Tonic, which I had never heard of and couldn't imagine would work...but it did and so the Brewspresso Tonic was born in my head! Here is is for real! Really good, make sure you go with super strong and use the OG brew choc vs the Ritual. Bitters is an option. Not really a cocktail or mocktail to be honest, but deserved a place in the hall of flame!
