Tenina.com's Brewspresso Tonic

Need

60 Gram Brew Choc brewed hot liquid
1 orange, zest and juice
60 Gram Lyres coffee originale
40 Gram bitters of choice
Enough Fevertree tonic water to fill glasses (we LOVE Fevertree)
ice cubes as required

Do

Brew the brew choc in a French Press and set aside.
Divide all the other ingredients between 2 large whiskey glasses and top with ice.
Pour Brew Choc over the top and garnish with a piece of orange zest. Serve immediately.
