Do

  1. Place butter and chocolate into Thermomix bowl and chop 15 sec/speed 8.

  2. Melt together 6 min/60°C/speed 1.

  3. Insert Butterfly and add eggs one at a time, beating between each addition, 10 sec/Butterfly/speed 4 for each egg.

  4. Add flour, almond meal and vanilla and continue beating on speed 4 until blended and aerated.

  5. Spread into pie plate.

  6. Process in steam oven for 60 minutes or until set in centre.

  7. Alternatively use individual moulds. Steaming should take a lot less time if you do this.

  8. Remove and cool.

More

Serve with fresh sliced strawberries, whipped cream and a dusting of either cocoa or icing sugar.
