  1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 6.

  2. Roll into a sausage shape and wrap in baking paper. Keep refrigerated until use


To roast cacao nibs, place them on a lined baking tray into an oven set to 160°C and roast until fragrant. This can be up to an hour, depending on how many you are roasting at a time. Delicious!
