Need

Do

  1. Place pears, lemon juice and sugar into TM bowl and chop 2 sec/speed 4.

  2. Add vanilla bean paste and cook *6 min/100°C/Reverse/speed 1/MC off.

  3. Cook 30 min/100°C/Reverse/speed 1 with the simmering basket on the lid to prevent spatter.

  4. Cook 10 min/Varoma/Reverse/speed 1 with the simmering basket on the lid to prevent spatter.

  5. Add cardamom oil and stir 4 sec/Reverse/speed 1. Scrape into a sterlised hot jar and allow to cool.

  6. Serve on anything that needs a sweet topping. This is also fantastic with a cheese board.
