Tenina.com's Cashew Chicken Curry



  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.

  2. Place cashews into TM bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

  3. Remove from bowl and set aside.

  4. Place butter, garlic, onions, ginger, cumin, turmeric, curry powder into TM bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  5. Saute 5 min/Varoma/speed 1.

  6. Add milled cashews and tomatoes and blend 10 sec/speed 8.

  7. Place chicken into a large casserole dish with a lid. Cover with the sauce.

  8. Cook, covered for 1 hour.

  9. Add yoghurt and stir through. Cook 30 minutes, uncovered.

  10. Stir through garnishes and serve with steamed rice and naan.
