Place all ingredients into except the chia into the Thermomix bowl and blend 5 sec/speed 8.
Scrape down sides of bowl, cook 10 min/Varoma/speed 1/spatter guard. Add the chia seeds and stir 5 sec/speed 5.
Pour into sterilised jar,and allow to thicken as it cools.
Use as you would any other jam! You can of course use any other fruit of your choosing for the same method.
