Do

1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and cook 10 min/90°C/speed 1.

2. Strain through fine sieve and discard solids.

3. Store concentrate in a sterilised glass bottle. Will keep in the fridge for 1 month.

4. Serve diluted with milk and ice to taste.
