The thing I love about Brew Choc (apart from all it's amazing health properties) is that it tastes incredibly chocolatey with no sweetness, so I can really add loads of chocolate depth of flavour without sugar. Then of course I add my own version of sweetness, in this case dates, and voila, healthy, good for you, tastes amazing goodies straight from the pantry.

- 100 Grams Almonds toasted BUY
- 80 Grams finely shredded coconut
- 170 Grams pitted dates
- 30 Grams Cocoa Powder BUY
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste BUY
- 20 Grams Pure Maple Syrup
- Pinches Pink Salt Flakes BUY
- 40 Grams Coconut Oil BUY
- a few drops of almond essence
- 20 Grams Brew Choc BUY
Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 15 sec/speed 8.
Store in airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
