Tenina.com's Chocolate Coconut Protein Bars

Need

Do

  1. Place oats, Brew Choc granules and protein powder into Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend 40 sec/speed 9 or until you have a sticky dough. Scrape down sides of bowl as required until all is incorporated.

  3. Press mixture into a 16cm square tin with a removable base (optional) and stud with extra nuts and coconut shreds.

  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

  5. Slice into bars, wrap individually in baking paper or similar and keep refrigerated until use.
