Place chocolate and cream into the Thermomix bowl and melt 7 min/50°C/speed 2 MC off to avoid condensation.
Scrape bowl as needed.
Pour into a bowl and cool, stirring occasionally.
Place back into the Thermomix bowl, insert Butterfly and whip 30 sec/Butterfly/speed 4. Pipe as needed. If it is not holding shape, refrigerate for a few minutes in the piping bag. This mixture can also be used for making truffles, add any doTERRA oil of your choice for all sorts of flavour options!
