Need

100 Gram Belgian chocolate 54% or above in pieces
60 Gram cream
1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste vanilla bean paste

Do

Place all ingredients into TM bowl and melt 4 min/60°C/speed 1. Use as desired on any dessert that requires additional chocolate! Or ice-cream, or use in hot milk as a hot chocolate.
