Place coconut and sugar into TM bowl and mill 1 min/speed 8. Stop and scrape down sides of bowl as needed.
Add vanilla, coconut oil and milk and blend 1 min/speed 8. Stop and scrape down sides of bowl as needed.
Pour mixture into a plastic container and refrigerate until set solid. Meanwhile place cinnamon and cocoa into clean, dry TM bowl and mill 20 sec/speed 8. Remove from bowl and place into small open container.
Remove coconut truffle mixture from container and cut into even cubes. Roll with hands into balls and shake in cinnamon mixture. Keep refrigerated.
