- 200 Grams medjool dates, pitted
- 120 Grams cashews raw
- 70 Grams shredded coconut plus more for rolling BUY
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or orange, or mandarin)
- 1 lemons zest, finely grated
- 6 Drops doTERRA wild orange oil or lemon, or mandarin oil BUY

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl, blend 10 sec/speed 8.

Roll into walnut sized balls and coat in coconut. Keep refrigerated.
