Cranberry Spearmint Coolers

Make on Fresco
Serves 4-6 Prep Time 5 minutes   Rated:

This recipe is more of a suggestion...I think you could add any alcohol (almost) of choice to taste. Or replace the soda water with lemonade, or mineral water. I suggest for a celebration, you could serve in a martini glass, float a little piece of edible gold leaf in each one and it would look amazing. (Haven’t done it myself, but it sounds good right?) Of course don't freak out on the sugar here, dilute to taste. It is almost a cordial it is so strong. So get soda happy.

Not keen on the oils? Use the zest 1 lemon and some fresh spearmint leaves instead.
