Need

60 Milliliter Lyre's Absinthe (or regular Absinthe)
1 Tablespoon simple syrup
400 Milliliter Lyre's Classic Grande (or prosecco)

Do

Pour Lyre's Absinthe and simple syrup into 2 cocktail glasses.
Top it off with Lyre's Classic Grande.
Serve immediately, or go the full alcohol version with some absinthe (brrr) and champagne.
