Need

Do

  1. Brew and strain the Brew Choc.

  2. Place chocolate into the Thermomix bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 10. Pour the hot Brew Choc over the chocolate. Let it sit a minute to melt the chocolate. Mix 20 sec/speed 7 until smooth.

  3. Add milk and ice and blend 20 sec/speed 8. Divide between serving glasses.

  4. Place the cream in a clean Thermomix bowl and whip 20 sec/Butterfly/speed 4 or until holding soft peaks.

  5. Top frozen brew choc with plenty of whipped cream and garnish with a few Brew Choc granules.
