- 1 Batch Italian Soda Syrup any flavour of choice. These are passionfruit. Recipe
- 1 Tablespoon flavourless gelatin
- 200 Grams pot set yoghurt or Greek Yoghurt Recipe
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
Place the syrup into the Thermomix bowl and bring to a boil 8 min/100°C/speed 3.
Add gelatin and blend 10 sec/speed 6.
Add remaining ingredients and whip 2 min/Butterfly/speed 4.
Divide between tea cups or serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving with whipped cream and some of the type of fresh fruit you used in the syrup.
