Gingerbread Martini

Makes 2 martinis Prep Time 10 minutes   Rated:

On the first day of Christmas my true love made for me, a gingerbread man to put in my martini glass! These are very delicious, we could go on and on about them, but go ahead and make the Spiced Gingerbread Caramel Syrup to see if you agree, then we can go from there. We filmed this (see video) at Hart and Co earlier in the year, without a single martini glass on the premises! Oops. But they still look pretty cute once you add that little gingerbread man!

We are feeling festive. How about you?
If you are off the booze (like so many of us these days) then Lyres has all the options you need to feel as though you are getting a bit of a grown up version of a mocktail, though this is going to be loved by kids and big kids alike.

Of course, if what you just read was blah blah blah, then go ahead and use the regular Baileys and Vodka. Just don't let the kids lick the cocktail shaker!
