Graham Crackers are hard to get in Australia, so what did we do? We made our own of course! You could use Granitas which are a good replacement in a pie crust. Whichever way you go, the pie crust works as the perfect delivery system for any number of fillings;

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl if needed.

Press into shallow pie plate and bake for 15 minutes. You will have enough for two pies of 16cm diameter.

This type of pie shell is normally used when cold.

This freezes beautifully when cooked. It can then be used for any pie that takes your fancy for up to 6 months.
