Hazelnut and Blue Cheese Shortbread
I cracker myself up sometimes...these are just what the doc ordered for a cheese platter or grazing table that needs something a little bit fancy schmancy when it comes to crackers. I do have a LOAD of cracker/flat bread recipes, you should really do a little search if you are in the market for such a thing. However, these are as good as any of them...and pretty good on their own just quietly.
Hope you love them too!

Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 10-15 sec/speed 6.
Place onto rectangle of baking paper and push dough together to form 2 sausage shaped rolls.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and edges have crisped.
These make an excellent addition to any cheese or fruit platter. They are also perfect as part of a gift hamper - place the shortbread into a pretty box, wrap, and pair with wine, cheese and quince paste.
