If you need a sweetener, add a couple of dates to the mixture, though speaking from experience, you probably won’t need them unless your orange is a little sour. - 1 Cup kale leaves, stalks removed
- 2 large kiwi fruits, peeled
- 1/2 orange, peeled
- 1/2 stick celery, chopped
- A few sprigs Italian parsley
- Ice cubes to taste
- 4 Drops doTERRA Wild Orange Oil (optional) BUY
Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 2 min/speed 10 or until desired texture is reached.
Drink immediately. This will separate pretty quickly and should be re-blended before drinking.
