Tenina.com's Herby EVOO Cubes



  1. Place herbs into the Thermomix bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 6-7.

  2. Add EVOO and stir 10 sec/speed 1.

  3. Divide between mini tartlet pans or ice cube tray. Freeze overnight. Un-mould and place into a ziploc bag or Stasher bag and keep in the freezer until use.


Use in any savoury dishes, make the best eggs, omelettes, as a topping on grilled meats or fish.
