Italian Soda Syrup Natural Jellies
I grew up loving jelly and in fact used to make big trays of it with fruit to serve with ice cream to my growing mob during the summertime. I did use jelly crystals, but it was the 90's...so all is forgiven.
These are next level and so delicious they were gobbled up about 3 minutes after this pic was taken and confirmed as being the one! YIKES, they're fast! Those Italian Soda Syrups are so versatile...it's the sort of thing you should totally have available at all times.

Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 3.
Cook 6 min/80°C/speed 1.
Divide between serving bowls or glasses and set in the fridge for several hours prior to serving.
