Make Basic Crepe Batter and set aside in fridge.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Using a shallow muffin tin, place a teaspoon of oil into each hole and place into oven to heat until just smoking.
Remove from oven and pour a little batter into each hole. Return to the oven as quickly as possible.
Cook 10 minutes or until puffed and starting to become golden.
Remove from oven and press a teaspoon of jam into the centre of each popover. Return to the oven for 3 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar and allow to cool just a little prior to eating as the jam is extremely hot.
