Jam Popovers

Makes 12 popovers Prep Time 12 minutes   Cook Time 10 minutes   Rated:

These little treats are completely amazing if you eat them fresh. Having said that my kids were never opposed to having them cold if they ever lasted that long. My dad is a Yorkshire man and introduced me to these with left over Yorkshire pudding batter, and I was hooked from the get go. They are a bit naughty, but so good. Just don’t burn your tongue!
