Tenina.com's Kale and Pepita Pesto

Need

100 Gram Parmesan, cubed
2–3 cloves garlic
80 Gram pepitas, toasted
Handful fresh herbs of choice
A TM bowl full of kale leaves, no stalks
Juice and zest 1 lemon (min. 80g juice)
Pinch pink salt flakes
60 Gram Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Do

Place Parmesan and garlic into TM bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 8.
Add remaining ingredients except EVOO and blend sec/speed 5.
Add EVOO through hole in lid, while you mix 6 sec/ speed 6.
Store in airtight container in the fridge.
