Place water or coconut water and sugar into TM bowl and cook 5 min/80°C/speed 2.
Add citrus juice and whey and stir 10 sec/speed 3.
Pour into sterilized jars with a tight fitting lids.
Add flavourings of choice and leave on your kitchen bench at room temperature for up to 2 days or until bubbles start to form when you move the jar.Refrigerate and strain before drinking.
