Tenina.com's Liquorice Dessert with Vanilla Yoghurt

Need

250 Gram soft eating licorice, in pieces
200 Gram water
1 Tablespoon vanilla bean paste
200 Gram cream
Vanilla yoghurt, whipped cream or ice cream to serve

Do

Place liquorice, water and vanilla into TM bowl and cook 10 min/80°C/speed 2.
Blend 2 min/speed 9. Scrape down sides of bowl and lid and add cream.
Blend 20 sec/speed 9.
Cool to room temperature. Serve in small glasses with Vanilla Yoghurt and/or Killer Vanilla Ice Cream.
