Tenina.com's Lime Caramel Sauce

Need

200 Gram dark muscovado sugar
100 Gram cream
Pinch pink salt flakes
1 lime, juice only
10 Drop doTERRA lime oil (optional)

Do

Place sugar, cream and salt into Thermomix bowl and cook 10 min/Varoma/speed 2/MC off.
Add lime juice and oil and blend 20 sec/speed 8.
Refrigerate until use
