Place sugar and water into the Thermomix bowl and cook 8 min/100°C/ speed 1.
Add the mango to the Thermomix bowl.
Add lime juice and oil to the Thermomix bowl and blend 6 sec/speed 6 Add alcohol if using and blend 6 sec/speed 6.
Pour into moulds, freeze until slushy stage and then insert sticks. Freeze until completely hard.
Make it creamy by adding in some coconut cream or banana.
Make it tropical by adding passionfruit or pineapple pulp. (Blend it yourself before adding to the final mixture.)
Make it citrussy by adding citrus fruit juice of choice, we loved the lime, but orange and lemon are also really good! (Or all three)
The rum makes the freeze not as hard, this is good for adults of course.
