Got a few minutes? Got Mars Bar Slice ready to get the sweet fix sorted!
I love the diversity of Thermomix, this morning we were whipping up green smoothies, then later in the day I was making this sugar laden thing. Then I made some Son in Law Eggs, well, the sauce to go with them. Life is about balance after all and I certainly won't be eating this slice, (well not all of it anyway!)
Cut into weensy pieces, then just have one. Food Positivity strikes again!
It's all good mums, you got this, but occasionally you need a break, and if it's not time for a Kit Kat, then make this instead!
We now have an amazing Lazy Sourdough Bakery course available to do at your own pace online. We are adding more courses in 2022. Check us out!
Best of all, come join us on the Insider Club to have extra Thermomixery each and every month! #recipesthatwork #youcandoit

Place all candy bars, Brew Choc granules and the butter into the Thermomix bowl and melt 10 min/80°C/speed 1.
Add cereal and stir vigorously with a spatula, adding coconut as you do so.
The mix should be very thick, if not add more coconut.
Push into a lined square (20cm) pan, working with a spatula to smooth top.
Refrigerate until set.
Meanwhile melt chocolate with cream on Induction 2 or use the microwave or double boiler. This is such a small amount I don't recommend using the Thermomix.
Spread over top of slice and set.
Remove from pan in one piece and cut into pieces.
