Tenina.com's Mars Bar Slice



  1. Place all candy bars, Brew Choc granules and the butter into the Thermomix bowl and melt 10 min/80°C/speed 1.

  2. Add cereal and stir vigorously with a spatula, adding coconut as you do so.

  3. The mix should be very thick, if not add more coconut.

  4. Push into a lined square (20cm) pan, working with a spatula to smooth top.

  5. Refrigerate until set.

  6. Meanwhile melt chocolate with cream on Induction 2 or use the microwave or double boiler. This is such a small amount I don't recommend using the Thermomix.

  7. Spread over top of slice and set.

  8. Remove from pan in one piece and cut into pieces.
