Tenina.com's Minced Raw Meat in the Thermomix

Need

Do

  1. Partially freeze the meat on a flat plate for a minimum of an hour.

  2. Place no more than 400g of the meat at a time into the Thermomix bowl and mince 6 sec/Reverse/speed 5-6.

  3. Either return minced meat to the freezer or use immediately in recipes as needed.

  4. Repeat on demand with each batch of 400g!
