Good morning soothie! The advent of the smoothie is definitely not going away. There are so many benefits to blitzing up some great fresh ingredients and downing them in a glass as you run out the door on a busy weekday.

Need

  • 300 Grams frozen blueberries plus more for garnish
  • 200 Grams Greek yoghurt plus more for garnish
  • Handfuls baby spinach leaves
  • 100 Grams banana (frozen is OK)
  • Handfuls mint leaves, no stalks
  • 50 Grams linseed/flax seed
  • 5 Drops doTERRA Peppermint Oil or spearmint oil (optional) BUY
  • 100 Milliliters Coconut Water BUY

Do

Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth. If using your Thermomix blend 1 min/speed 10,

Serve immediately garnished with yoghurt and blueberries.
