Tenina.com's Mocha Walnut Butter



  1. Place nuts on a lined tray and into a cold oven set to 200°C for ten minutes.

  2. Place hot nuts into TM bowl with coffee, salt and vanilla. Blend 20 sec/speed 6, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl as necessary.

  3. Add chocolate chips and blend 10 sec/speed 6. Scrape into a jar and cool completely before refrigerating.


Wonderful on toast, pancakes or use in the Nut Butter Brownies recipe.
